Armed Forces Families Foundation

We all know that the first line of support for our troops is their families. Oftentimes those family members don’t have the support they need to endure the difficulties surrounding months or years of deployment. The Armed Forces Families Foundation was established to help give these families a sense of community support and well-being while their loved ones are away fighting for our freedom.


100 PERCENT OF ALL DONATIONS RECEIVED ARE USED TO FUND PROJECTS TO SUPPORT THE FAMILIES OF OUR SERVICE MEN AND WOMEN. The Armed Forces Families Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization made up of volunteers from many communities across the United States.


Our commitment has led to the completion of multiple projects that will benefit the families of our service men and women for years to come. Our focus is primarily on areas of significant need which often fall outside the tight budget constraints of the military and its family support organizations.

      Taco Bell Fundraiser - Dec. 5th through Dec. 18th


Taco Bell “Freedom Bells” Fundraiser: Let Freedom Bells Ring!
Annual Taco Bell donation campaign benefits local military families

Each year our franchised Taco Bell restaurants and the Taco Bell Corporate restaurants in our southeast markets participate in the annual "Freedom Bells" fundraiser, in support of the Armed Forces Families Foundation. In 2012, nearly 500 Taco Bell restaurants participated in the fundraiser raising a total $394,000. One hundred percent of donations collected from the fundraiser go towards projects to benefit military families in Alabama, Mississippi, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia. The donations raised in December put the Armed Forces Families Foundation over the ONE MILLION DOLLAR mark!  That’s one million dollars of pennies, nickels, dimes, quarters, and dollars towards supporting local military families.
